1) Agreement
By using SecureSector.org, creating an account, or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Refund Policies.
2) Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
3) Store & pricing
Products, features, and prices can change at any time. We may correct errors (including pricing mistakes) and cancel/refund orders that relied on an obvious error.
4) Orders & payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We can refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud).
5) Shipping & delivery
For physical items, risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For digital items, delivery occurs when we make the item or access available to you.
6) Licenses for digital items
Unless stated otherwise:
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital item for your personal or business use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, re-license, or publicly post our downloads/keys unless the item’s page explicitly allows it.
- Server ranks or access are a service; abuse or ToS violations can lead to suspension without refund.
7) User content & acceptable use
If you post reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it. Don’t post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, or that harms the site/service (no scraping, DDoS, attempting to bypass security, or interfering with gameplay/services).
8) Third-party services
We use third-party providers (Cloudflare, payment processors, email, etc.). Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

10) Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Digital services may experience downtime; we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access (including server access/ranks) if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
14) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in California, USA, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15) Changes
We can update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new “Effective date.” Continued use means you accept the changes.
