We want this simple and fair. Read the section that applies to what you sell.

Digital items (ranks, downloads, licenses, keys, access)

  • All sales are final once the item or access has been delivered.
  • Exceptions we’ll honor within 7 days of purchase:
    • Non-delivery (you never received access/download).
    • Duplicate/accidental charge (we’ll refund the duplicate).
    • Materially misdescribed item (we failed to deliver what was advertised).
    • Technical fault we can’t resolve after you’ve worked with support.
  • We do not refund for: change of mind, incompatibility with systems not listed as supported, or violations of our Terms.

Physical products (if you sell them)

  • 30-day returns from delivery for new, unused items in original packaging.
  • Start by emailing [email protected] for an RMA and return instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective.
  • Damaged/defective on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with photos; we’ll replace or refund.
  • Exclusions: perishable, custom, personalized, or clearance items marked final sale.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 3–10 business days to post.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Order number, date, and email used at checkout
  • What you purchased and why you’re requesting a refund
  • For digital: screenshots/error messages if applicable
  • For physical: photos if damaged

We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension per our Terms.
