Who we are: Secure Sector (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates SecureSector.org and its store.

What we collect

  • Account & contact info: name, email, billing/shipping address, phone (if provided).
  • Order & payment info: items purchased, totals, and transaction IDs. Card details are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal—we never see full card numbers.
  • Support communications: messages you send us (email, forms).
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, referring URLs. We use Cloudflare for security/performance, which sets cookies and logs technical data to block attacks.
  • Cookies: for cart, checkout, account login, and site functionality. Optional analytics/marketing cookies only if enabled.

Why we use it

  • Process and deliver orders; provide support; prevent fraud/abuse; secure our site; comply with law; improve the site and product experience; send transactional emails (order confirmations, resets). With your consent, we may send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help run the site: hosting/CDN (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe/PayPal), email delivery (SMTP provider), analytics (if enabled), and tools needed to operate WooCommerce. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

  • Orders: 7 years (tax/audit).
  • Accounts: as long as the account exists.
  • Logs: typically 30–90 days, unless needed to investigate security issues.

Your choices

  • You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser; core WooCommerce cookies are required for the cart/checkout.
  • You can access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting us. If you’re in the EU/UK/EEA or a similar jurisdiction, you may also request portability or object to certain processing.
  • Marketing emails: every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Children

Our site isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Security & location

We use HTTPS, appropriate access controls, and reputable vendors. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
